Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using paradigmerp.net or the Paradigm platform. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using paradigmerp.net (the "Website") or the Paradigm school management platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Digital Dynamics ("we", "us", or "our").

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a school or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. References to "you" or "Client" include both the individual user and the organisation they represent.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or Platform. Continued use after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

About Paradigm

Paradigm is a cloud-based School Management System (ERP) developed and operated by Digital Dynamics , a software company established in 2009.

The Platform is designed for private schools, school groups, and education operators, providing integrated modules for academic management, admissions, finance, HR, communications, and more.

Section 03

Use of the Website

You may use paradigmerp.net for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the Website in any way that violates applicable UAE or international laws or regulations
  • Transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or Platform
  • Introduce viruses, trojans, or other malicious or technologically harmful material
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Website without written permission
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Website for any user who violates these conditions.

Section 04

Platform Services

Access to the Paradigm Platform is provided to schools and organisations under a separate subscription or licence agreement. These Terms govern general use; specific service commitments (uptime, support, integrations) are defined in the applicable Service Level Agreement (SLA) or contract.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, update, or discontinue any feature or module with reasonable advance notice
  • Perform scheduled maintenance, with prior notification where possible
  • Introduce new modules, tools, or integrations as part of ongoing product development

The Platform is a private-sector SaaS product. It is not government-operated. Any compliance alignment with UAE education authority guidelines is a design feature, not a regulatory mandate on Digital Dynamics.

Section 05

Accounts & Access

Platform access is granted to authorised users designated by the Client (school or organisation). Account holders are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
  • All activities conducted under their account
  • Promptly notifying Digital Dynamics of any unauthorised access or security breach
  • Ensuring that only authorised personnel are granted access within their institution

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be in breach of these Terms or that pose a security risk to the Platform.

Section 06

Client Responsibilities

By using the Paradigm Platform, the Client agrees to:

  • Obtain all necessary consents from parents, students, and staff before entering personal data into the Platform
  • Ensure lawful use of the Platform within their jurisdiction
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the system
  • Manage internal user access rights and role assignments
  • Maintain internal data governance and acceptable use policies
  • Not use the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate educational administration

Digital Dynamics is not liable for data entered incorrectly by the Client, or for misuse of the system by authorised users of the Client institution.

Section 07

Data & Privacy

The Client retains full ownership of all educational and personal data entered into the Platform. Digital Dynamics acts solely as a data processor, processing data only to deliver the agreed services.

Data handling is governed by:

  • Our Privacy Policy, which covers data collected via the paradigmerp.net website
  • A separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applicable to all Platform clients
  • The UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and any other applicable regulations

We implement enterprise-grade security measures including TLS encryption, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), audit logs, and MFA options to protect all data within the Platform.

Section 08

Intellectual Property

All content on paradigm.ae and within the Paradigm Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, logos, text, and documentation — is the exclusive intellectual property of Digital Dynamics or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform or Website without prior written consent
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component
  • Use the Paradigm name, logo, or branding without express written permission
  • Create derivative works based on the Platform or its components

Client data remains the property of the Client at all times and is not claimed by Digital Dynamics.

Section 09

Payments & Fees

Subscription fees, licensing costs, and payment schedules for the Paradigm Platform are defined in the Client's individual contract or order form.

  • All fees are due in accordance with the agreed payment schedule
  • Late payments may result in suspension of access after reasonable notice
  • Fees are non-refundable except where expressly stated in the contract
  • Digital Dynamics reserves the right to revise pricing with reasonable advance notice prior to renewal

Section 10

Availability & SLA

We target a Platform uptime of 99.5%–99.9% for enterprise clients, subject to the agreed SLA. Specific recovery time objectives (RTO), recovery point objectives (RPO), and escalation procedures are defined per contract.

  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible
  • Automated backups are maintained on a scheduled basis
  • Priority support is available for enterprise clients during critical incidents
  • We are not liable for downtime caused by external network failures or third-party services

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Dynamics 's total liability to the Client shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Digital Dynamics shall not be liable for:

  • Data entered incorrectly or mismanaged by the Client or its users
  • Loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect
  • Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind
  • Failures caused by external network providers or third-party service outages
  • Unauthorised access resulting from Client-side security failures

Section 12

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the terms of the applicable contract. Digital Dynamics reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately in cases of:

  • Material breach of these Terms
  • Non-payment of applicable fees after due notice
  • Activity that poses a security risk to the Platform or other clients
  • Any unlawful use of the Platform

Upon termination, the Client may request a full data export in a structured format. Data will be securely deleted after the agreed retention period. Transition assistance is available for enterprise contracts upon request.

Section 13

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to the competent courts of the UAE, unless the applicable contract specifies an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.

Section 14

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal obligations. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

For material changes, we will provide notice via email or within the Platform. Your continued use of the Website or Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
