If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a school or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. References to "you" or "Client" include both the individual user and the organisation they represent.

Paradigm is a cloud-based School Management System (ERP) developed and operated by Digital Dynamics , a software company established in 2009.
The Platform is designed for private schools, school groups, and education operators, providing integrated modules for academic management, admissions, finance, HR, communications, and more.

Access to the Paradigm Platform is provided to schools and organisations under a separate subscription or licence agreement. These Terms govern general use; specific service commitments (uptime, support, integrations) are defined in the applicable Service Level Agreement (SLA) or contract.

The Platform is a private-sector SaaS product. It is not government-operated. Any compliance alignment with UAE education authority guidelines is a design feature, not a regulatory mandate on Digital Dynamics.

Platform access is granted to authorised users designated by the Client (school or organisation). Account holders are responsible for:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be in breach of these Terms or that pose a security risk to the Platform.

By using the Paradigm Platform, the Client agrees to:
Digital Dynamics is not liable for data entered incorrectly by the Client, or for misuse of the system by authorised users of the Client institution.
Section 07
The Client retains full ownership of all educational and personal data entered into the Platform. Digital Dynamics acts solely as a data processor, processing data only to deliver the agreed services.

We implement enterprise-grade security measures including TLS encryption, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), audit logs, and MFA options to protect all data within the Platform.
Section 08
All content on paradigm.ae and within the Paradigm Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, logos, text, and documentation — is the exclusive intellectual property of Digital Dynamics or its licensors.

Subscription fees, licensing costs, and payment schedules for the Paradigm Platform are defined in the Client's individual contract or order form.
Section 10
We target a Platform uptime of 99.5%–99.9% for enterprise clients, subject to the agreed SLA. Specific recovery time objectives (RTO), recovery point objectives (RPO), and escalation procedures are defined per contract.
Section 11
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Dynamics 's total liability to the Client shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the terms of the applicable contract. Digital Dynamics reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately in cases of:
Upon termination, the Client may request a full data export in a structured format. Data will be securely deleted after the agreed retention period. Transition assistance is available for enterprise contracts upon request.

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to the competent courts of the UAE, unless the applicable contract specifies an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal obligations. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
For material changes, we will provide notice via email or within the Platform. Your continued use of the Website or Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
